Warranty Details

Mustafa guarantees that all products will be free from material and manufacturing defects and will function as intended during the warranty period.

A defect is defined as an issue arising from the manufacturing process that compromises the product's structural integrity or functionality.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, abuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to purchases made directly from Mustafa's official store or authorized channels.
  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect performance (e.g., scratches or faded logos) are excluded.
  • Any damage to third-party devices or accessories used in conjunction with Mustafa products is not covered.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase with a valid order number or matching email address.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please email us at support@mustafa.cn with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the defect. Claims will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

If the product is deemed defective under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@mustafa.cn. You will be responsible for the return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Important: Customized or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

PayPal refunds will be credited to the PayPal account used. Credit card refunds will return to the issuing bank.

For wire transfers under $1000, please allow up to 3–4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Limitation of Liability

Mustafa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to personal devices or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@mustafa.cn immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
